we have just
finished our long journey across Europe. The
last city we visited was Rome as you well
know. We rented one of your apartments so
many months before our arrival, and your
email was to inform us that our choice was
not available for electricity problem in the
whole building, which put us in big
troubles. My husband thought that we had
chosen a bad rental company for our stay in
Rome and I admit this was my opinion too. We
were very disappointed to hear such sudden
problem occurred so close to our arrival
day. On the contrary, the alternative five
stars apartment you immediately put at our
disposal for the same price (actually an
excellent upgrade) has been a pleasant,
absolutely appreciated and unforeseen
surprise. I have to say that we are grateful
for your immediate, 24hrs assistance,
helping us to save our money staying in a
wonderful very central located apartment.
Now we are
back to home and, considering this
experience, we’ll surely recommend
